Advice Guide

Working in partnership with Citizen’s Advice Bureau and Disability Equality North West (DENW)

Staff and volunteers have been trained through the CAB in how to navigate people through its public website, which means we are able to release the mounting pressure from the CAB. Other community organisations are able to benefit from this service to make it sustainable.

We can provide support with many issues including: Divorce, Benefits, Appeals, Housing and Debt.

Use of computers and free WiFi

The IT suite can be accessed each Monday and Wednesday and Friday afternoon using our state of the art computers to check emails, search the web etc. Whitby's Café also has an Internet Café with laptops available to browse the Internet at any time during your visit. And of course FREE super fast WiFi is available if you want to connect your own laptop or mobile device.
