Centre Support and Advice Officer

As Centre Support and Advice Officer, I provide a drop-in service, helping people with a variety of issues, which can range from a question about bus times to finding contact numbers of other services. I also deal with more complex issues, for vulnerable people in crisis, who would need to be seen on more than one occasion, and I have dedicated session times for this purpose.

As part of the Financial Inclusion Group, our aim is to help people keep their finances on track, helping with budgeting, advising on debt issues by passing details on to Debt specialists.
