Our Vision
Our vision is of a strong, thriving community in Ingol, Tanterton, and the wider Preston area, where everyone feels appreciated, included, and able to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to cultivate a connected and resilient community for every resident, with a particular focus on supporting the vulnerable and disadvantaged. Through collaborative efforts with our partners, we are committed to addressing deprivation, combating isolation, and enhancing overall well-being.
To make this happen:
- We will provide skill-building opportunities, including a volunteering programme that encourages people to get involved in community projects and initiatives. We’ll also provide support for those in need and help them connect with important services.
- We are committed to promoting of social and emotional well-being by running a nature reserve, giving people a place to enjoy nature and build a sense of community.
Most importantly:
- We promise to listen to the people we serves and focus on their needs, making sure our work truly benefits the community.
